Turning visions into reality through inspiring multimedia solutions

Hi, I am Francine, a media practitioner and multimedia specialist with over 20 years of experience publishing content across platforms — starting with CD-ROMs and DVDs to videos, television and the Internet.

I value authenticity and excellence in every project, from ideation to execution. Whether working with text, video, or photography, I enjoy exploring the endless possibilities of multimedia to develop communication strategies across audio-visual platforms.

Some of my most notable production projects include the ceremonial opening of parliament, the state funeral for the country’s fourth governor general, the Investiture and Presentation of National Awards ceremony and Jamaica’s successful bid to host the 2022 World Free Zone’s Organization Conference. I also led production efforts for the UN World Tourism Organization’s Global Conference in 2017. These projects exemplify my ability to adapt and lead effectively in high-stakes environments.

Over the years, I have honed my skills in the private and public sectors. At the Jamaica Information Service, the government’s primary press office and production hub, I was a television writer, producer and presenter for three years before being promoted to acting head of the documentary unit. I worked with a talented team of creatives to script special features, documentaries and other video programs.

I take pride in paying it forward as a volunteer and mentor with the Northern Caribbean University’s Department of Communication Studies and the University of Technology. Through these roles I help shape the next generation of professionals while enhancing my skills in a rapidly changing technology-driven industry.
